Awesome, thanks so much! Wonder if the plan was for it to change on each planet the TARDIS landed on - might take some creative liberties on my model and paint each one up differently.

AI would certainly ruin the entire thing with its crappy 'upscaling'.Having rewatched the trailer at its highest resolution and exported screenshots for further study in Image Viewer, I feel even more convinced this is simply the wonderful result of the production team having the access to the original negatives for scanning, and A.I. hasn't been involved at-all.
I'll post some other cropped screenshots later, but here's a good starting point:

TV Movie is entirely filmed on 35mm indeed. I tbh dunno why were fed with crappy upscaled 480 version in the past, but hey at least we can experience it in 4K now and of course it means the 4K TARDIS interior and exterior! It shouldn't really be necessary if the films are 35mm
I seem to remember, for previous releases, that the film cans were cited as either missing or unavailable.TV Movie is entirely filmed on 35mm indeed. Interesting. Are there any sources for that? Just asking.I seem to remember, for previous releases, that the film cans were cited as either missing or unavailable.
Not sure. It's just what I remember. But I don't have any links to offer. I could be misremembering.Interesting. Are there any sources for that? Just asking.
