Still waiting on parts for my mill so I decided to make a Baker era Sonic.

With a LITTLE twist.

That, my friend, is abseloutly beautiful (in a nerdy, si-fi, DT kind of way). It looks abseloutly superb, just as good as your series 5 sonic screwdriver. I can see you have a REAL talent for this, it's just incredible what you have done! And, hehe, your lucky having a mill, although, even though I did a DT (woodwork + metalwork) GCSE at school, I never managed to make anything more than a hexagonal block with a domed end, with the help of a lathe, so all this is higher-standard than my brain can process :)
Isn't it how ironic that we have to think of solutions out of the box, in order to build our boxes a lot of the time?

Looks smashing! It's still my favourite version of the prop.

Ever notice that without points of reference, you can't tell how big something in a picture really is................

Here's a picture from above....

And with a point of reference....

It's a Handy LITTLE sonic to open small locks or fit into those tight spaces.

That is quite delightful!  :D
"Relative Dimensions and all that...."
I never would have realised from the photo.

Thanks,

I might make it into a key chain, but the keys are almost the same size.

Or I can make a TARDIS Toolkit to fit this sonic, with all of the other tools?

I mini tool kit would be pretty cool  ;)
Farewell Sarah Jane, you will be missed.

It's been one of those days...

I'd just finished all the details on another mini sonic, and while drilling a hole down the length the bit broke and blew out the side of the shaft.

New rule: drill all shaft holes first!

That's really nice. What did you use to make it, a lathe?

A Sherline Mini Lathe. the whole machine is only 14 inches long.

Check them out online, some of the Stuff that people make is really.
