I felt as this was only a fragment of the TARDIS, and therefore a hand prop that it didn't qualify posting in the main 2010 TARDIS thread.

The BBC appears to have been updating the image galleries for the past couple of series, where they've been posting a lot of concept designs and photos of the items featured in the Matt Smith episodes, including some really nice reference photos of the TARDIS fragment:



It should be noted that between these photos being taken and the episode being filmed, the lower portion of the E in "TE-" had been broken off.
